Design notes

Pet-contact surfaces are kept smooth and easy to clean, with rounded internal corners. Where parts are exposed to chewing, we recommend PP or nylon over PS and will flag the risk in the DFM report.

Testing

Load tests on carriers, drop tests on feeders and colour-fastness checks on printed parts are carried out against the buyer's specification.
