Ningbo Toycraft Plastics Co., Ltd. is a plastic toy manufacturer based in Yinzhou, Ningbo, serving importers, toy brands and promotional distributors. Our work covers product structure review, in-house tooling, injection molding, pad printing, assembly and retail-ready packing.

How we work

Each project starts with a DFM review of the drawing, a material recommendation (ABS, PP, HIPS or TPR), and a mold flow check before steel is cut. First articles are submitted with dimensional reports, and production lots are inspected against an agreed AQL plan.

Compliance

We produce to the safety requirements our customers specify, including EN 71, ASTM F963 and CPSIA where applicable. Test reports are issued by accredited third-party laboratories appointed by the buyer. We do not reproduce licensed characters without written authorization from the rights holder.

Export

Cartons, inner boxes, barcodes and shipping marks are produced to the buyer's artwork. We ship FOB Ningbo and Shanghai, and can support consolidated shipments for multi-category orders.
