Answer:Show us photo or video as proof, we will help to adjust or redo or improve the samples. If we factory failed to do according to your requirements, the cost should be refunded.

Answer:Yes, we can. As we know, one factory can not produce everything. We can help you to purchase other the baby items, and we will help to inspect quality for you.
