Moreover, in order to meet top high requirement of our Europe clients, we have developed mono-material full plastic pumps with 2cc and 4cc output options, only use PE(polyethylene) material for the whole pump. * We have completed management system and quality control procedure. From raw material to finish product, the whole line is under the control of QA & QC.
* We strictly implement ISO9001 quality system, and we have obtained ISO9001.
If breakage or defects are detected, you need to take pictures and videos of the products from the original carton. All the claims should be presented within 30 days after discharging the container. lf it's the quality problem of our products, you can send the damaged products with free shipping, and we will make a compensation plan immediately after we receive the damaged ones.

* On Sept 13th, 2019 (Friday), one of our customers claimed that some of our sprayers could not reach a supposed spray performance. At the earliest time, our company checked with him about the proportion of defective sprayers and other more details in order to prepare for an internal check.
* On Sept 16th, 2019 (Monday), our customer replied to us that they would check the proportion of defective products.
* On Sept 27th, 2019, the customer informed us the defective rate was 2.2% which was much higher than our standard defective rate.
* On Oct 29th, 2019, we flied to this customer's office. After testing 3 cartons of sprayers randomly, we found the reason was our new assembly line didn't assemble the products in right positions. After reporting to our management team, we made compensation to this customer immediately. Later. The customer became our long-term customer and placed an annual order of 300.000 USD.

Generally, it is packed together by a big OPP bag in a carton. Of course, the packaging can also be customized according to your requirements. Contact us for more details.
Q5: What is the lead time?
A.For regular items, lead time is 15~30 days after we receive the deposit.
B.For special requirements, lead time depends on the details of your order.
Q6:Can we get free samples?
Yes, we provide free samples, but the freight cost is on buyer's account. Generally, we send it via DHL after freight cost collected, and you can also arrange Express to pick up samples from our office.

Q8:How do you control the quality?
From raw material to finish product, the whole line is under the control of QA & QC. Our QC confirms samples before mass production. Our production is running under 100% automatic inspection machine with timing and quantitative sampling inspection, and 100% manual inspection before packaging.
Q9: How to solve the quality problem after sales?
Please help take photos /videos of the problem immediately when you get goods, we would send you replacements in the next order or make compensation after our evaluation.
