Metal stearate series (calcium stearate, zinc stearate, barium stearate, magnesium stearate) are manufactured via both dry and wet production processes. They integrate lubricating, heat stabilizing, dispersing and anti-adhesion functions all in one. The wet-process stearate features fine powder and excellent dispersion, which effectively avoids white spots and fish eyes in transparent PVC sheets and high-filler pipes. The dry-process type boasts ultra-low moisture and few impurities, preventing foaming during high-temperature extrusion and delivering stable long-term thermal stability for outdoor PVC profiles and pipes. These stearate products can greatly improve the fluidity of PVC melts, reduce machine wear, and enhance the surface gloss of finished goods. They are widely used for PVC pipes, fittings, profiles, boards, cable materials, plastic soles, processing aids and polymer emulsions

Our PVC additives are normally packed in 25kg woven bags lined with waterproof PE film. Pallets or jumbo bags can be supplied on demand. All products are stored in dry and ventilated warehouses. We support sea, land and air transportation, and export shipments will be reinforced with pallets before delivery.
