This additives packages are specially designed for PVC footwear.Formulations are designed based on the specific types of shoes the client wishes to produce,such as thick sole shoe,high heels shoe,white shoe,children shoe,ultra-lightweight shoe,etc.
It typically consists of six plastic and rubber additives, yielding better results in footwear manufacturing than using only four additives.
100 phr plasticized PVC resin + 5 phr this additives package + 1 phr colorant = injection shoes (easy to operate)(There is no need to modify the existing shoe-making machines and molds.)
