As a dedicated EVA foam products manufacturer, we produce closed-cell EVA sheets, mats and rolls in densities from 30 to 70 kg/m3 for sports flooring, protective packaging, footwear components and industrial lining. Each order is extruded from EVA copolymer with a specified vinyl acetate (VA) content, so softness, rebound and thickness stay consistent across large production runs. Buyers can specify density, thickness, width and surface finish, and receive rolls or die-cut sheets packed for export shipment.
EVA Foam Products Manufacturer: What the Plant Supplies
The core range covers three product forms. EVA foam rolls run on continuous extrusion lines in thicknesses from 1 to 10 mm and widths up to 1500 mm, suited to flooring underlay and thermal insulation. EVA sheets are cut to fixed dimensions for packaging inserts, helmet liners and shoe insoles. EVA foam mats, including tatami, gym and playground tiles, are die-cut or laminated to order with embossed anti-slip surfaces. Martial arts and tatami mats typically use 40-50 kg/m3 stock, protective packaging inserts run at 30-40 kg/m3, and heavy-duty gym flooring sits at 60-70 kg/m3.
Material Grades and Physical Properties
EVA is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and VA content between 9% and 28% controls softness and elasticity: lower VA grades stay firmer for packaging inserts, while higher VA grades deliver the rebound sports mats need. The closed cell eva foam structure keeps water absorption low, which is why EVA sheets perform in marine, wet-room and outdoor service. Typical properties of our standard grades:
- Density 30-70 kg/m3, adjustable per batch with verified specific gravity
- Hardness 45-60 Shore A for mid-density mat grades
- Tensile strength and elongation recorded per lot for traceability
- Colour matched from masterbatch chips, with black and natural as stock shades
Surface Finishing and Conversion
Sheet lines run with smooth, linen or checker embossing. Film and fabric lamination, self-adhesive backing and thermoformed profiles are available as secondary operations, so buyers can order finished components rather than raw sheet. Die-cutting handles complex inserts and gaskets from customer drawings, and rolls can be slit to narrow widths on request.
Quality Control and Ordering
Every batch is checked for density, thickness tolerance (typically within plus or minus 10%), dimensional stability and peel adhesion on laminated stock, and test reports can accompany shipment. Rolls are wound on cores, palletised and stretch-wrapped, while sheets are interleaved to prevent surface scuffing in transit. Minimum orders start at 1000 sqm for stock densities and 3000 sqm for custom colour work, quoted per square metre by density and thickness band.
