Custom Colored & Printed HDPE Film Roll – High Strength, Rigid & Durable, Custom Logo Printing, Food Grade, for Shopping Bags / Industrial / Agricultural Packaging

Custom Colored & Printed HDPE Film is a high-performance flexible packaging material manufactured from high-quality HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) resin through a blown film extrusion process. HDPE features a linear molecular structure with higher density (0.941-0.965 g/cm³), giving the film excellent rigidity, high tensile strength, superior puncture resistance, and outstanding durability.

Color masterbatch is added during production for uniform coloring, and gravure/flexo printing is applied for custom designs. Our HDPE film can be fully customized in terms of color, printing content, thickness, width, and length.

HDPE film is stiffer, stronger, and more durable compared to LDPE film, making it the ideal choice for applications requiring high load-bearing capacity, tear resistance, and chemical resistance. It is non-toxic and odorless, and food-grade options are available for food contact applications.

Our HDPE colored film is produced by mixing color masterbatch with HDPE resin during the extrusion process.

Color masterbatch is a highly concentrated pigment formulation specifically designed for HDPE blown film applications, with high compatibility and excellent dispersion.
