This preform family is produced on fully automatic injection systems from 100% virgin bottle-grade PET resin (IV 0.78-0.82), with optional up to 30% food-contact-approved rPET for markets with recycled content targets.

The 28mm PCO 1881 finish is the global standard for carbonated soft drinks and water. It accepts standard 1881 closures without tooling changes, which keeps capping lines interchangeable across suppliers.

Quality control on every lot
Each production batch is checked for neck dimension, weight, acetaldehyde (AA) level and visual defects. AA values are kept below 3 µg/L for water applications. Preforms are packed in PE-lined cartons, 2,000 to 5,000 pieces per carton depending on weight.
