This 18 inch blank vinyl doll body is the base component for doll programmes that need a consistent, paintable substrate. It is supplied unfinished, with no face paint, no wig and no costume, so the buyer's design team controls the final identity of the doll.
Why buyers use a blank body
Dressing, face painting and hair rooting are usually done closer to the market or by a specialist subcontractor. Shipping an unfinished body reduces the value at risk during decoration, keeps the colour standard under the buyer's control, and lets a single body platform carry several different dolls in one range.

Customisation
Height, skin tone, head sculpt and joint count can all be changed, but a new head sculpt or a new height means new rotomould tooling. Tooling lead time is typically 35 to 45 days, and sample approval is required before production. Buyers who are still developing a range often start from our existing 46 cm platform and change only the colour and packing.
Compliance notes
The body is supplied as an unfinished component, not as a finished toy. Where the assembled doll will be sold as a toy, the finished product must meet the destination market's toy safety rules, including EN 71 or ASTM F963 as applicable. Plasticiser documentation is available per lot, and we can supply a material declaration for the buyer's technical file.
